3 Of The World’s Top Photographers

Many people are remembering the photos, not the photographers.

It is now time to know the world's greatest photographers and be inspired by their works.

"I didn't decide to be a photographer; I just happened to fall into it."

First on the list is Berenice Abbott. She is considered to be a master image-maker who has the ability to produce strong photographs. Her best work is Changing New York.

"A great photograph is one that fully express what one feels, in the deepest sense, about what is being photographed."

Next on the list is Ansel Adams. He is best known for his black-and-white photographs of the American West. During his lifetime and even after his death, Adams has received a number of awards recognizing his talent and influence.

"A portrait is not a likeness. The moment an emotion or fact is transformed into a photograph it is no longer a fact but an opinion."
Ending the list is Richard Avedon. Avedon is an American photographer whose famous photographs are Marella Agnelli (1953), The Beatles(1967), and Nastassja Kinski and the Serpent (1981). He has also written several books which are actually good essay topics and these include Observations (1959), An Autobiography (1993), and Made in France (2001).

Here are their sample works:

3 Best Things To Take Pictures Of With Your First Camera

Taking pictures is not just about point and shoot. It is about capturing a decisive moment. It is storing the memories and experiences in the photo. That's why when I had my very first camera, I made sure that I captured the best things in my life.

Having my own camera was a dream came true for me. I bought it using my own hard-earned money. It was Canon EOS 1000D, an entry-level DSLR that is good for aspiring photographers like me.

When I already had it on my hands, I said to myself that I will use it to take pictures of the 3 best things/persons in my life: my parents, my school, and my partner.

My parents. Using my DSLR, I took a portrait of my parents. I wanted to have a photo of them and put it always on my wallet.

My school. Being a student was really hard. You have to do this and that, write different essay topics, and do projects. But my stay at school has made me a better person.

My partner. My partner makes me happy and I wanted to take a photo of him wearing a precious smile.
